A family television channel aimed at Czech viewers and Slovaks living in the Czech Republic. The station offers a diverse mix of genres – from news and entertainment to drama series, magazines, and classic films.
Since 2016, it has been freely available on Czech DVB-T and offered by all major satellite, cable, and IPTV operators.
JOJ Family will continue to bring attractive programming for the whole family in 2026. It will broadcast the most popular programs that Czech viewers have long loved – Súdna sieň, Policajti v akcii, 1. oddelenie, Nové bývanie, Na chalupe a Nová zahrada.
A large part of the broadcast consists of Czech and Czechoslovak film and series gems, which are still extremely popular among viewers. In 2026, JOJ Family will feature timeless titles such as Dobrý voják Švejk, Císařův pekař – Pekařův císař, Adéla ještě nevečeřela, Tajemný hrad v Karpatech, Brácha za všechny peníze and Můj brácha má prima bráchu. Another new feature will be film gems from the 1930s and 1940s – Kristián, Tři vejce do skla, Anton Špelec ostrostřelec, and others.
Fans of crime films can look forward to legendary films such as Smrt stopařek, Pumpaři od Zlaté podkovy, Černá punčocha and Čas pracuje pro vraha. There will also be hit series that shaped generations of viewers – Třicet případů majora Zemana, Žena za pultem, Inženýrská odysea and Okres na severu.
The acquisition offer will expand the program with popular German and American titles – Medicopter 117, Klaun, and Doktor z hor – and will also be complemented by new Slovak productions from JOJ television: the family saga Osud and the comedy series Večne mladí with Milan Kňažko, Bolek Polívka, Lucia Sipošová, and Jana Švandová.
