In 2027, the lineup will be significantly strengthened by premieres of TV JOJ’s original Slovak series. Viewers can look forward to The Sixth Form, starring Tom Sean Pšenička, Matej Landl, Ľubo Kostelný, and Zuzana Krónerová, which offers an authentic look at the life of the young generation. The comedy series About Time with Dominika Kavaschová, Zuzana Porubjaková, Juraj Kemka, and Braňo Deák tackles relationships and new beginnings with humor and a light touch. Margarétky, written by Andy Kraus, is another new title – a daily family series following several families whose fates intertwine in one modern community.
Crime and drama series featuring prominent Slovak actors remain a strong part of JOJ Family’s programming. Tomáš Maštalír stars in Dr. Dokonalý and Za sklom, where he forms the central duo with Ján Koleník. Kriminálka Kraj will bring cases starring Jana Kolesárová and Marián Mitaš, while the program expands with Dr. Ludsky and Prvé oddelenie, starring Peter Rúfus, Veronika Paulovičová, and Ján Dobrík, and Prokurátorka, penned by prosecutor Ján Šanto and starring Zuzana Mauréry.
Audience-favorite recurring shows will also find a strong place in 2027’s program. Shows such as Súdna sieň, Skutočné príbehy, Ochrancovia, Poldové v akci, I Love My Country, New Home, At the Cottage, New Garden and In Seventh Heaven will naturally mix true stories, emotional shows, practical topics, and family entertainment.
In 2027, JOJ Family’s acquired programming will once again include proven German series: The Mountain Doctor, The Clown, Medicopter, and Bad Cop.
JOJ Family also intends to make lovers of classic TV happy in 2027. The broadcast will see a return of multiple cult hits from previous decades, such as 30 Cases of Major Zeman, Plechová kavalérie, Žena za pultem, Okres na severu, Inženýrská odysea, and Muž na radnici. In addition, JOJ Family will air three more favorites from TV history for the first time: Muzikanti, My holky z městečka, and Tři chlapi v chalupě.
