Nina is an ambitious chef on the verge of opening her own restaurant. Her husband Richard is a successful gynecologist. Their once-happy marriage is on the brink of collapse. Their divorce, however, is complicated by an agreement they once drunkenly scribbled on a napkin – whoever is to blame for the breakup walks away from their divorce empty-handed. And so begins a game in which each tries to make the other slip up first.
Richard asks his best friend Čendo to seduce Nina at her restaurant’s grand opening. When Nina finds out about his plan, she decides to pay him back in kind. Petra Hřebíčková and Tomáš Maštalír play a married couple in the middle of a marital war, alongside Vojtěch Kotek, Petra Polnišová, Martin Pechlát, Simona Lewandowska, and Lucie Vondráčková. The comedy is directed by Andy Fehu.
Keď sa zhasne is a lively Czech-Slovak comedy full of seduction, revenge, misunderstandings, and culinary surprises.
