For the JOJ Group, social media is an effective platform through which we reach different target groups with the latest trends and original content. Through our profiles, we inform viewers about our stations’ programmes, reveal the behind-the-scenes of television production, and bring interesting interviews and moments from the work lives of our presenters, editors and actors. Fans also have the opportunity to interactively engage in online entertainment and become part of a space that gives them direct contact with our creators.
2024 was a year of significant social media growth for us, both in number of fans, interactions and overall reach. In the rankings of the most successful social media on our market, JOJ Group still holds the top positions. JOJ TV specifically belongs among the largest and strongest FB pages in Slovakia.
May proved to be the strongest month when the hockey championship dominated our networks. There was no shortage of topical posts, trending videos with hockey players, behind-the-scenes snaps, goal-scoring action, atmosphere straight from the stadium, emotional video posts, stats and photos from the hockey tournament.
Video content remains our priority, which is why we emphasize popular reels or special formats created precisely for social networks, such as Daj song and #komenty. In collaboration with JOJ play, we have also added new shows such as Shopping Maniacs – Donakupované and Talent Backstage with influencers Diana Tuha (@nasratazena) and Iveta Čandiková (@candikky).
Our collaborations include popular influencers like Matej Zrebný, Samozvany (Samuel Miškov), Nina Janová, Ema Fajnor, Diana Tuhá, Iveta Čandiková, Eva Evelyn Kramerová and Fero Joke.
